Soul2Sole was born in 2000 with the mission to share our passion for Latin dance with the Toronto community. With more than 25 years of teaching experience and success in instructing our students, Soul2Sole is more excited than ever to continue our journey in inspiring our students on the dance floor.
We teach salsa and bachata in Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Toronto, and Vaughan.

What we offer
Weekly progressive group lessons across all 4 studio locations, plus specialty classes at our Vaughan studio.
Salsa
Our weekly progressive group lessons in Salsa On 1 are the heart of Soul2Sole — fun, social, and built for steady week-over-week progress.
Bachata
Regular Bachata classes with a focus on connection and musicality, taught in a relaxed, social atmosphere for every level.
Cha Cha
Cha Cha Club Style lessons bring sharp, playful footwork and rhythm work to the dance floor.
Merengue
The easiest rhythm to pick up and one of the most fun to dance — a great addition to any social dancer's toolkit.
Casino Rueda
Danced in a circle with calls and constant partner changes, Casino Rueda is high-energy, social Cuban-style salsa.
Kizomba
A smooth, sensual partner dance built around close connection, grounded movement, and musicality.
