What type of shoes do I wear to class?

What to expect?
Salsa is an easy to learn Latin dance that’s loads of fun and is growing rapidly in popularity worldwide. Classes are structured to enable you to learn quickly and thoroughly, so that you may progress through as many levels as you need to achieve your desired proficiency. At Soul2Sole we pay attention to technique; however the emphasis in classes is on having a great time and welcoming new people into a form of dance that is our passion and possibly become yours!

How long are classes?
Classes run for one hour and we recommend that you complete the full duration of the course before moving on to the next level. With Salsa, it is best to start at the beginning of a course (even if you have danced other styles) in order to gain a full understanding of the fundamentals.
